WEDDING
PARTIES & GROUPS
Reed Manning extends
a 10% discount on spa
services for parties
of 4 or more. Not valid
with spa packages. Scheduled
appointments must be
booked and a credit card
number left on file as
a deposit. ANY CANCELLATIONS
in the scheduled appointments
must be made within 48
hours of the appointment
time or the credit card
willbe charged for the
full price of the services
that were origianlly
booked. A 17% gratuity
will apply to the entire
package.

RESERVATIONS
To insure that the services
you would like provided
are available at the
time you desire, we recommend
booking your appointment
at least 2-3 weeks in
advance. For your convenience,
Reed Manning also provides
a cancellation list in
which we can contact
you if appointments become
available sooner. A credit
card, check, or cash
deposit is required at
the time of booking spa
services unless a Gift
Certificate has been
purchased.

APPOINTMENT
POLICY
All appointments made
in which the total of
all Spa Services equals
more than $100 must be
reserved with a credit
card or paid in advance.
These appointments are
subject to the Cancellation
Policy listed below.

CANCELLATION
POLICY
Cancellations for Spa
Services are accepted
up to 24 hours in advance.
Time recorded messages
may be left if you are
calling after normal
business hours. The full
value of the reserved
service will be charged
to the client or the
Gift Certificate voided
if cancellations are
not received within 24
hours or the client does
not show up for their
appointment.

In the interest of health,
safety, and the consideration
of those clients receiving
relaxing spa services,

arrangements for your
children’s care
while you are receiving
