Tina was born and raised in Norway. She moved to Virginia Beach in 1978 and became a liscenced cosmotologist in 1980. She loves all aspects of hair dressing and has extensive training in hair coloring and cutting techniques. Tina's favorite aspect is designing a fresh new look for her clients.
