With twelve years of expierience in the hair industry, Kelly came to Reed Manning in 2002. A certified wig specialist, Kelly also has extensive expierience in working with hair pieces. Her training was furthered working for two years with Apollo International Center for Hair Loss. She also specializes in perms for all types of hair. Kelly's talents also include an intuitive sense of color, highlights and hair designs.
